I've had the pleasure to work with Shel's Home Team for many years. What I can say is that you'll be hard press to find a more knowledgeable, professional, or competent broker/team. They make the home buying and selling process smooth and enjoyable instilling trust in their clients. Not to mention they are fierce negotiators. What more can you ask for. ☆☆☆☆☆

Court documents clearly state that marital assets shall not be sold unless BOTH parties agree. Both parties do not agree. Yet Shelly feels it’s her duty to be above the current family law order in place of our divorce and leave a home on the market as if it’s available for sale. Meaning any potential buyer will be wasting their time being led under false pretense of being able to purchase said home. Shelly has been one sided in the entire situation, yet was quiet for 4 months while my husband allowed our home to move toward foreclosure. Yet consistently blames me for it going into foreclosure because I have requested the home to be pulled from the market. If you’re going through a divorce, make sure you choose someone else, as Shelly only has one parties best interest at heart, despite if it’s not in the best interest of both parties. Response: at no point in time have you request ANY document from me. The last I checked I owe you no explanation as it really isn’t your business why I’m pulling out of the sale of the home. I will forward you the standing law document that the other party has as well. Also forwarded court document and was met with “FL law does not control VA” yet they are telling me the home status on the market awaiting a “pending” court date in FLORIDA. The contradictions I consistently receive over the last 5 months. I do not recommend to anyone. 7/31: Came back to add that I have an active no contact order in place. Shelly and Julie are both well aware of this and that no communications should be relayed to the other party. I was notified today in court that the other party was forwarded emails which relayed communications from me in their efforts to force me to move forward with the sale of the home. All while claiming to be “Switzerland” in our situation. Yet has directly put herself in the middle of it. I have advised over and over again there is no pending court hearing for the sale and there is no attorney involved other than Julie.

I'm glad I was able to meet Kody Bailey when he was doing an open house on a house a few doors down from me. Kody explained the whole process to me, and then he and his team got to work to make my house sellable. There were no hidden agenda. Everything was transparent and well communicated. If you want an honest realtor Kody Bailey is someone you should contact.

Linda Ross on Shelia Team was our agent and she was far beyond our expectations! Unfortunately, the system only let's me give 5 stars, but she's a 10/5. She accommodating and patient as this was a PCS move and she was dealing with me and my wife who was in San Antonio. I arrived ahead of her and I didn't have a vehicle as we were pre-approved with the VA. Linda doubled as my Uber while looking at houses. Her knowledge was immeasurable and was instrumental in finding a house that fits our needs! She was able to work around my dynamic schedule and her experience in realty and law helped us come to a decision. I cannot stress enough that with what Linda did we would of had to settle on a house that we wouldn't 100% like. I will be recommending her to all my future personnel executing PCS orders to the area!

Our Realtor, Kalynn Wachs, was incredible. She was there every step of the transaction for us! She setup all of the appointments needed, answered all of my questions and did all the advertising for the sale of our home. She is hardworking and we trusted her to handle all negotiations. We are a military family so we were juggling quite a bit during our move. We could not have gotten everything done without the guidance and assurance Kalynn offered us.
